Bringing a new dimension to South Florida’s ultra-luxury, high-end real estate market, the  Dezer Development and Germany-based Porsche Design Group’s master licensing agreement expands the iconic luxury brand’s reach into the residential real estate market.  Porsche Design Tower Miami will soon be a 60-story ultra-luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach, showcasing a one-of-a-kind automobile lift system which will allow owners to park their vehicles in ‘sky garages’ directly next to their units.

Collaborating with Trump Towers developers Dezer Development, Porsche Design has created an entirely new world for its already multifaceted empire. Porsche Design Tower will include an exclusive collection of 132 oceanfront sky residences consisting of flats and double-height layouts ranging in size from 4,200 to 14,000 square feet, priced from $3.9 million to $21 million, and featuring incomparable amenities such as a pool and summer kitchen on almost every balcony.

They will include large living balconies with ocean and intra-coastal vistas, floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, and every imaginable luxury within.

No detail is spared in the Tower’s three-story lobby, where a glass-enclosed car observatory acts as its stunning centerpiece.

The Porsche Design Tower will be a new dramatic landmark for innovation, design and style in Miami.

In a recent International Business Times story inscribed with the headline “Park Outside Your Front Door – 57 Floors Up”, developer Gil Dezer describes Porsche Design Tower Miami, the world’s first condominium complex that will take residents directly to their units while they are sitting in their cars. Dezer explains that the automobile lift is made possible by aligning two technologies that have existed for centuries, the robotic arm and elevator.

Designed with the finest touches and elaborate furnishings sourced from all over the world, the lobby features an attentive 24-hour concierge, security and valet service.
